This is a modified version of my favorite type of training: running in place + compound moves (body weight exercises or weight training). I`m using heavier weights with this workout: 4 kg each.
This workout can easily be adapted to any fitness level:
1. LIGHT WEIGHT+ WALKING (30 MIN)
2. LIGHT WEIGHT+ WALKING FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
3. HEAVY WEIGHTS + WALKING (30 MIN)
4. HEAVY WEIGHTS + WALKING FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
5. LIGHT WEITGHT + RUNNING IN PLACE FOR 30 MIN
6. LIGHT WEIGHTS + RUNNING IN PLACE FOR 1 HOUR (DO IT TWICE)
7. HEAVY WEIGHTS + RUNNING FOR 1 HOUR (THIS IS WHAT I WOULD DO)

Backward lunges get me every freeekin time 😥! I did a little bit of both, running and walking even tho I’m not a runner. For some reason running just kicks my butt. I do love these types of workouts you😁😁 make . ❤️❤️

Xiaomi mi band 6 fitness mode: 249 kcal with two dumbells 1kg each. I did it after another workout as I still felt energetic. My total burn today is 601 💪

I'm doing it in a slight angle in this one. You can do it either way, as long as you feel it in the shoulders and there is no discomfort!🤗

@@sevdakaplan7464 I think I want to try the running version. Don`t know what modes to use... Walking mode always stops with slow movements, but it`s the only one that also shows the steps. I`ll probably do walking mode for the amazfit, and exercise mode for the miband.
