Join me for this 40 min UPPER BODY WALK & TONE WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning the biceps, triceps, back and shoulders. I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session. I'm using 2 x 2 kg dumbbells in this workout, but used heavier weights when I tracked it. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
Round 1. BICEPS
Round 2. TRICEPS
Round 3. BACK
Round 4. SHOULDERS
Round 5. MIXED
This workout was designed to have 40 sec work sections, but it ended up being too long and had to modify it to 30 sec work! I might redo it. If you don't feel like it's working for you, increase your weight or your time by using 10 more seconds from the walking sections.

I tracked the HIGH IMPACT VERSION of this workout using 3 kg dumbbells for triceps, and 4 kg for the rest of the workout:
Amazfit 5 (walking mode): 2,02 km, 2889 steps, 359 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 437 calorie burn

What did one traffic light say to the other? Stop looking at me, I'm changing! :))) This workout was designed to have 40 sec work sections, but it ended up being too long and had to modify it to 30 sec work! I might redo it. If you don't feel like it's working for you, increase your weight or your work time by using 10 more seconds from the walking sections. I used 2 kg dumbbells when I filmed this workout, but switched to 3 kg (for triceps) and 4 kg (for everything else) when I tracked it! Check out my calorie burn in the description box!

Ha! 😀😀 Very cute joke Well after the visit to my doctor everything is ok Blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar are in normal levels As about my weight :4,700 kilos down!!(from June to September.) This thanks to your workouts and to carefully diet, of course (the two white killers, sugar and salt, are just out of my home) The great target is till next summer to lose even 10 Kilos. So I m going to have two workouts every day. One 60 minutes in the morning and one 40 minutes in the evening (knee friendly) You have so many of them. I can choose from a big list. And after all these isn't time for another joke? (Of course we love grandma and grandpa) A grandpa after 70 years marriage still calling his wife "my love" _ Well ,bravo , grandpa, after all these years you still call grandma ,"my love" _Oh, it's about 15 years i have forgotten her name and you see... (With love to all grandpas and grandmas)

Tracked using my Apple Watch mixed cardio option. I did the run for every round and used 5lb weights. 277 active calorie burn 334 total calorie burn. Approx 3295 steps 👊🏼💪🏼🔥🥵 I would up the weights for a challenge and the extra burn 🔥🔥

Another one to add to my favs. I absolutely loved this format and used my trampoline for the walk run segments.. I just swap up different moves and go with the music, which is also awesome in this workout.. Thanks BG and have an awesome weekend :-)

I have just finished it... my shoulders are hurting.. still feeling good... I don't have dumbbells so I used 1 ltr water bottles for now.. I will try your boxing video in the evening.. thanks girl .. God bless you

Absolutely Loved Loved Loved 🥰 this workout !!! Loved how you worked different parts of the upper body in each round and then mixed it up in the last one. The shorter intervals using the weights is perfect because it will allow you to use heavier weights. You can grow with this one !!! Well done 👍👏👏👏

Did this workout just now and I loved it! I really have to reduce weight in my upper body and this helped. I’m apple shaped so most of the weight goes to the mid section, back and arms. Do you think you can do a workout to strengthen legs.. I want to have more shapely legs/butt and also to make arms and midsection lean too. Just a request.. thank you! I love you workouts! They are just right for me and make me want to workout everyday!!!xoxo🎉

thank you so much for this super workout, exactly the right one for me. I'm a bit older and unfortunately his double upper arms are terrible, but now with this upper body workout I'm going to eliminate that top, do the walking version of course.

Good Thursday morning and what a fantastic way to start it! Loved this format. I get what you are saying with the 30 seconds for weights... honestly it pushed me to go heavier on some exercises and OMG fantastic workout!! Sometimes having that shorter duration makes me want to work harder than I anticipated. 🥵🤗☺️🌹

Awesome workout vary effective felt the burn, I know you said it would have been too long with the 40 sec but for me the walk/run could have been 20sec and the 40sec remain but I still enjoyed it a lot thanks much ♥️💙♥️

I added this to my faves I love it... I chose to walk and not jog... it just depends on my mood... I burned 323 calories and got in about 3500 steps according to my watch
