@@guncitynewzealand I understand the lifetime warranty, this model is a huge step backwards from the previous models imho. wasted 100 rounds just trying to hit targets out to 500yds with no success, had to lie to the system by 450fps to finally make impacts at 500yds then couldn't hit 750yd target. packed the shits and put eliminator 5 on and first round impacts on every target from 420-750yds something is def wrong with the programming of the 6 i got. even at 200yds with a mv of 2750 and 51bc it is telling me to allow 4.5 dots for a 5mph wind.

@@whome3911 its the 5, first model not using roman numerals in the number and yes i recommend it. im gonna persevere with the 6 a bit more and get it replaced if i cant get it sorted

Maybe it's due to your barrel length? If you can get a chronograph on your rifle and input that number in, it might be more accurate. The numbers on the box are from using a certain barrel length, and if you're not using the same barrel length, the numbers are not going to be similar. Resulting in the ballistic calculator being off like yours. That's just my guess, but maybe I'm wrong. There's also the height over bore settings as well
