Bought this burrow sofa on June 24, 2023. the most awful shopping experience ever. First the sofa lead-time is not as described, it shows in-stock and ship in 2-3 weeks, but actually it’s not in-stock, delayed again and again, 5 weeks later I finally received the sofa. But there is no manual inside, after I installed, I found the legs are missing. Now we spend $2000 but got a low quality sofa without legs!!! The customer service is also awful and no actual phone number to call.

It's beautiful, however, the price is not as inexpensive as claimed. You will pay well over 1k for just a simple couch. I would not recommend for college students just due to price alone.

JUST A HEADS UP TO ANYONE WHO ORDERS!! I ORDERED MINE AFTER SEEING THIS AND MANY OTHER REVIEWS THE USB CHARGER HAS BEEN CHANGED AND IS NO LONGER A CUBE! I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED AS THAT WAS THE FEATURE I WAS LOOKING TOWARDS THE MOST!! ORDERED MINE BLACK FRIDAY. Also have had lots of issues getting everything. took 3mo just to get all the seating and legs.

This looks like a sofa option I may need. I move every 3 yrs or so and light weight modular furniture can reduce the stress involved when relocating. Wish they weren’t so expensive though 😖

I wonder why none of the reviews mentions that the fabric is supposed to be cat resistant, that is HUUUUUGE for those of us who have had destroyed furniture from the family cat. I ordered swatches to test them out for myself to see if they really are.

I hate to inconvenience anyone, but could someone measure the distance between the floor and the top of the charging cube under the couch? Also the distance between the floor and the bottom of the sofa? I have a Neato BotVacuum and am wondering if it'll clean under.
