- ⁠The mosque was built around 1396-1399 during ottoman period.
- ⁠This mosque is famous for its 20 domes roof and water fountain in the centre of the mosque ⛲️
- ⁠scarf and long rope available for the ladies. Free of charge and should be returned after use. 🙏
Silk Bazaar 🧣
- located on the right , beside the grand mosque.
- ⁠it’s a market/ bazaar that sells clothes, scarfs, gold shop, kinds of nuts, etc. 🧣🥜🍫💃🏻Yes nowadays they sell almost all souvenirs here.😁
- ⁠It was built by Sultan Bayezid II to bring income to the mosques and madrasahs in Istanbul.
- ⁠it consists of the main building of two floors around, and in the centre there’s a water fountain and mosques above it. Beautiful!😍
- ⁠tips 💡: most of the shops have fixed price already and good price !👍😁 The shops will give lower price if you pay by cash. So, yeah. Prepare cash!💰🤑😅
