Bursting Myths about Law School and Legal Field | Answering Your Assumptions About Law | Ananta Vyas

Namaste!! In today's video let's burst some myths about law school in India!!! There were many questions of importance to all of us while choosing to make a career in law. He questions/myths covered in this video include whether law guarantees a high paying job? Is law only a family business and first generation lawyers only struggle in legal profession? Is law school hectic? Is law easy? Is law difficult? Do only NLU students get good placements except some exceptional cases? Does college matter in law? If you choose law you can either become an advocate or a judge! +That if you talk good or talk more you should go for law and that if lawyers are always busy and stressed? Do lawyers spend most of the time in courts only? Are law schools boring? Is law school or law degree all about memorisation?

No I think that colleges matter for only those who want to persue jobs in law firms , corporate sector etc to show them a heavy resume. But if someone wants to persue his career in the field of LITIGATION , college DOESN'T MATTER TO ANYONE. No one is concerned whether u r from an NLU, local law college or even Oxford, Harvard. The only thing one sees are your skills, performance in courts, networking etc. So the bottom line is that college matters only for job seekers and not for self employers like advocates etc.

So I want to know from any lawyer, advocate how much can I make as a fresher advocate, lawyer hindi medium.. is this is safe and better option than teaching.. because I have a option to become a 3rd grade government teacher in rajasthan.. I don't know.. I am confused.. किसकी तैयारी करूं। cuet pg LLB v/s reet and 3rd grade teacher exams .. Because MA, PhD, M.ED. B.ED. distance mode / non collegiate कर सकते हैं।but LLB regular hi hogi to teacher ki taiyari bhi nahi kar sakta .. । राजस्थान में थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर 35000 से स्टार्ट करके 60000 तक कमाता है रिटायरमेंट के समय।। 35-60/ महीने ।। क्या मुझे कानून का फिल्ड में आना चाहिए? Dii, hum agr Bba+ llb krle kisi normal private college se, aur LLM top NLU se!? Toh corporate mein help hogi naa!? Abhi 2.5 months bacha hain, mein allready dropper hu but ab lg rha nlu tag matters a lot tbh, toh time kam hain, aur i am starting from scratch, my first mock score:10, so will i able to improve and get into tier1 NLU!? Yes you can do clat with any stream cuz stream doesn't matter but as you're science stream I'd like to tell you that you should focus on humanities subjects they might help you alot.. Btw I'm in 10th rn but my information are right so you can trust me didi☺️

Heya! If law is a good option or not is a choice you will hv to assess. If you feel that it is the right choice, you need to make sure family support financial one too, till you establish your self and it takes time as mentioned in the video. EDIT: about a drop for CLAT- you can first try and give a good try, ache se mehnat krk give this december attempt. I would not suggest a drop for clat until and unless you are veryyy sure + also that it is not that difficult ki drop becomes necessary. prepare a plan for the next 2-3 months and prepare. its more about being able to solve patterns of Q and hence practice will help you .. only practice. mail me at: [e-mail] I will share with you some stuff you can do and focus on.
