I just got 2 of the standard size foam boards you can find at Walmart or dollar tree! I’m not sure the size but I put them together to make it the width of 2!

Wouldn’t a pvc pipe work wrap the flat ballon and dump it down the tube lol. You mention a straw and that’s when the idea came.

It was a girl! They got 3 pink balloons! There was only 2 blue balloons and 3 pink and the rest was empty! They threw darts til they got 3 balloons of the same color.
