Hydroxyapatite is the same with Calcium Hidroxyapatite - capsules?
@DOROTHYFOSTER-kb4fl8 ай бұрын
So the nano hydroxyapatite is a synthetic form of the hydroxyapatite. How is it produced? What is the process? Most of the time harsh chemicals are used to make a synthetic form. Seems that hexane is commonly used, but I'm not knowledgeable in this area. Can you provide us with some info on this creation?
@roorooadventures4771 Жыл бұрын
It's (nano hydro roxy apatite ) & hydro Roxy apite. Both interesting! Thanks for the explanation.

Doesn't flouide when combined w our saliva....and the Calcium for natural Hydroxiapitite? This a great Flouide alternative in my personal opinion. Thiis is great for those sensitive to or trying to avoid Flouide. I use it at least once a day and it even tastes like a strawberry milk shake. I even apply a little and pop my ortho aligner in.. I would love it in the adult natural too.

It all depends on an individual's spit and the available minerals to bind with the Fluoride.

Small amount of literature on the subject I've read is fairly specific meaning it must be "nano" and also a quantity of no more or no less than 10%

How does this usually come for remineralizing teeth? In a toothpaste? I stopped using fluoride toothpaste years ago and my dentist found an area around one of my teeth that's demineralizing and recommended hydroxyapatite - I just don't know where to find it (I hate shopping online). Thanks!

Bio repair toothpaste is sold on amazon.
@Jsarson1976 Жыл бұрын
Bio repair is the best, been using it years and it’s well researched and falls under EU guidelines so it’s good quality ingredients and no shady practices like some toothpaste companies.

Idk if they sell to the US but we have Pasta Dentífrica Couto in Portugal, it’s 100% natural ingredients, contains hydroxyapetite and uses the same formula, developed by a portuguese, since 1932! It’s a great product and ahead of it’s time I think! Needless to say but it’s under EU guidelines :) Edit: and it’s like 2,60€ a tube

Glycerin prevents the toothpaste from drying out in the tube. It also helps prevent bacteria from growing in your mouth so that's all good in our book!

Would your teeth become sensitive if you forgot to brush with it for a day since it does not penetrate the tooth like fluoride, but just coats the teeth. It would seem that this would wear off after each meal and you would constantly need to be brushing. Any thoughts?
@BURSTOralCareTV Жыл бұрын
Most studies show a reduction of sensitivity after using it for 2-4 weeks on average. Regular use of NHA helps to replace missing sections of minerals that dissolve away after acidic meals or from plaque acids. It can bond directly to tooth surfaces and penetrate the dentinal tubules as well, much like Fluoride would
@Fimp136 Жыл бұрын
Since this creates a coating on the teeth, would plaque get concealed and make it harder for a dentist to clean it off?
@BURSTOralCareTV Жыл бұрын
@@Fimp136 No. It actually helps reduce the sticky film that turns into calculus.

It is said that the percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite contained within a toothpaste is important. What percent is contained in your Burst Care Toothpaste?
@BURSTOralCareTV Жыл бұрын
Our formulations are proprietary (can't give away all the trade secrets!) but we can confirm that the inclusion percentage is in the range of 1%-5% in the BURSTkids Strawberry Superstar Toothpaste
