Exactly! Robin was created in 1940. I wished Chris O'Donnell would've showed up. There have been several Batmans since 1966, but only two live action Robins. ☹️

As a child of the 80s and the era of the reruns, the 60s Batman was my first live action Batman, and like Kevin I was young so it wasn't camp to me, just comic book goodness. Mr. Ward deserves a star for entertaining us for so long. Holy accolades, Batman. :)

When I was age four, a few years before the Batman TV series, my mother, an accomplished artist and seamstress, made a Robin costume for me. I wore that thing out and just _one_ black and white photograph of me wearing that costume exists after fifty-eight years or so. To _this_ day, certain combinations of the colors red, green and yellow bring back clear memories of me wearing the Robin costume.

I remember watching Batman on the family channel in the early 90s. I literally thought it was all new & this is after Michael Keaton in the first Batman movie he made. I was born in 82 & so fortunate to have seen this show years after it was cancelled.
