We started to bury a large DUGOUT since last year at winter! And now we continue BUILDING our Shelter! Making beds, preparing firewood and cooking delisious bushcraft meal!
We built a naturally log cabin underground and now you can live there! No talking video!

My husband of 32 years sadly passed away. He was like you, intelligent, and a hard worker. Also an outdoors man, canoeing among mangos and alligators, building, sewing, cooking and constantly creating. It is so awesome watching you work with your hands and your minds,it reminds me of my husband, and brings back loving memories. Thank you!

If I was sleeping in that dugout, that handy lidded bucket would be serving another purpose altogether, hehehe! Camping in the wilderness is easier for guys, though.

I watched your other videos in the past. You guys are great with your skills in building dugouts. It is a solid, safe, and cozy shelter. In these uncertain days, one never knows how the future is going to be. I know, you two will be survivors with your special skills. Greetings from Arizona.

People should be studying Survivalist Prepping! Most people can't cope more than a stone's throw from having everything on hand or immediately available when they want it. And if the power or water supply is out for more than 2 or 3 days? ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE! Even when the Government has WARNED people to have so many days worth of water, food, and medicine because of impending disaster!!! You can see who pays attention and is a survivor, every time there is an earthquake/ hurricane/ tornado/ cyclone/ Fire, Flood, or some other disaster or civil unrest. You should have a safe place to bug out to, and/ or have a plan. Know the flood level history of your home before living there Know where safe areas are. Have Backpacks stored for each member of your family with their clothes, medicines, bedding, and extra food and water in each one. Most cars have room in their boots for a couple of other things to be stored also. You will need Tents, Pegs, Tarps- many, Duct Tape, Rope - lots of rope, Hammer, Nails - small and long, Axe, Saw, Chisel, Buckets, Metal Mixing Bowls, Metal Plates Bowls Cups Cutlery Utensils and Thermoses. Torches, Batteries, Matches, Sewing Kit, Soap, Shampoo, Disinfectant, Washing up Liquid, Laundry Powder, Toilet Paper Hand Paper Towels, Towels and Face Washers, 2 - 3 Large Plastic Tubs, (use for Storage, and also washing Laundry and Kids), Lighters, Battery powered Radio, a few Books, Pens and Pencils etc, Camping Kettle and Pots, Lanterns, Kerosene, Shovel and Pick-axe, Fishing Rods and Tackle Box, Hunting Knives, Boxes (lots) of Alfoil, WELL-stocked First Aid Kit. If you have a pet, keep TWO Pet Transporter Cages. One cage with their Canned Food and Dry Biscuits, a Blanket, Medications (Heartworm/ Wormer etc), Harness, Leads etc. One cage for them. Have Supplies in an easily accessable place in your Mud Room/ Laundry/ Basement/ Garage/ Shed. Have Bottled Water, and Filters to safely drink boiled River Water. Have Non-Perishable Staples ( Flour, Yeast, Rice, Oats, Pasta, Oil, Salt/ Spices/ Herbs, Sugar, Canned Drinks, Long Life Foods, Soups, Dried Fruits, Muesli Bars, Tea & Coffee, Tinned/ Preserved Meals, Tinned Meats, Fruits & Vegetables, TIN OPENER, stored in easily transportable bags (Rotate these out every 6 months to keep stock in-date). You can always throw in a box of Fresh Fruit and Veg on hand at the time. Also keep an extra set of all important Documents and extra Cash in a Fire and Waterproof Case. Most times when people need to actually evacuate it is with little warning, 1 - 24 hours' notice, and when the Emergency Folk come to your door you have to just pick up and go. But, RATHER than WAITING to being told to leave immediately and/ or having to be airlifted out with basically the clothes on your back, be PRO-ACTIVE and load the car with your EVACUATION KIT and Family and get OUT. Otherwise you are just stuck in your own home with no power and water for anything up to 4 weeks or more, and fresh supplies in short supply or inaccessable, depending on the type of disaster. Guys and Girls like these Survivalist Wilderness Practitioners will be the ones who keep the Human Race going when SHTF. Indeed we have SEEN the SHTF several times just in the last few years! Get a plan in place and get educated! Watch lots of Survival You-tube vlogs!

Once, I was inside the bunker I built and I heard some girls talking on the trail that leads to the bunker. So I looked through the parascope to take a peek, and as I was doing so, the girls saw the parascope coming out of the ground and it scared all the girls and they ran away the other direction. LOL

Why did you buy wood board’s for bed area you could have made them yourself with a chainsaw? And using angle brackets when wood ones would have worked and been cooler your not really ruffing it when you buy so much of you stuff. I want to learn how to make things with out any thing that needs to be bought other then gas and oil for saw
