Sans eye, while it is glowing, does not have the fiery aura coming out of it, it's just blinking blue-yellow light on his left eye. Black Rock Shooter eye however, does glows with fires coming out of her eye. And if you wonder why some, if not most people remember Sans eye having a glowing fire, it's because he's more popular compared to BRS, that and most fanarts of him depict his eye as such.
