Is it that you're constantly flooring the throttle or its just Allison being Allison not wanting to up shift? It feels like ZF ecolife or even ecomat would typical up shift earlier

Not sure, the transmission felt like it was shifting as a normal Allison would

I drive a 1976 MCI with 2 million miles, it laughs at that VANHOOL and its measly half million. 😂

American roads and weather are particularly harsh (long distances, hot and cold weather, bad road maintenance). VanHool buses don't endure the conditions as well as Prevost or MCI, which is why they are preferred by most drivers (but have higher upfront cost)

Why are you even driving at that many miles it ought to be able to do it by itself. It knows where a red light is it knows what a green light is it pretty much knows how to do it. Lol you just sit back and watch don't you. I got to pick on you anyway. You always do a great job you are quality all the way through. I figured it out while you're there it's old and cranky and doesn't play well with others. You've got to play referee 😂
