"Takes awhile to get to highway speed" try a modern articulated transit bus with a governor. You'll be pedal to the floor on that ramp and barely breaking 50 as you enter.

And lord forbid it's a short, uphill entrance ramp!

I can imagine! Our buses are governed too, but they usually have larger engines than transit buses

Have you ever had a bus fail a pre-trip?
@alblua3 ай бұрын
Quite a few times, I've gotten a reputation for always finding something during a pre-trip with our mechanics. Usually it's an obscure light that went out or nail in the tire.

I drove for Van Galder - Coach USA. We always had the newest MCI's and i loved them. Coaches are expensive. I alwats hated referring to them as a bus..because to me, they're not a bus, but better. I drove my riute from UW Madison all the way to downtown union station/chi and midway (which they ended up eliminating the midway stop). I HATED doing conventions downtown and then the time i had to try and find the underground shuttle tunnel (which is cool to fly thriigh downtown in). I could parallel park a coach at Ohare bus shuttle station and have only 4 ft of room in the front and back after i squeezed in. Long hrs. People dont get how its mentally exhausting driving and selling tickets on board, and doing luggage. We'd layover over on canal st. (Only drivers know about that. Lol) hated the politics and old school drivers that been at it 25+ yrs - had to get out of that company (judging people). I do miss driving coaches. Id get over the mic and do my announcements and get everyone cracking up. I was a clown. I didn't like quiet drives. Id also do charters out to D.C. and other areas. Ive been to soooo many places. Whats nice is, its all on their dime. Lol

I'm also confused. There were some clips of rural roads. I didn't put too many so I didn't reveal where I was for the group's privacy; it's scary how easily some people can figure out where you go.

I haven't posted any recently because I'm currently overseas and not able to edit more videos Uncut videos are indeed paid on my channel, but normal videos will always be public shortly after initial release to members
