En inderdaad, als je een afwijkende manier van leven kiest denkt ‘men’ vaak dat je een zwerver bent… zo woonde ik twee jaar in een yurt, eerst op een natuurkampeerterrein in het bos in de Achterhoek. De gemeente stuurde mij met een dwangbevel weg. De burgemeester kwam uiteindelijk op bezoek, en was een beetje verbaasd dat hij gewoon een gesprek met mij kon voeren 😊 Daarna woonde in een oude boomgaard, gedoogd door de gemeente zolang de buren niet klagen over rook uit de kachel…

One of the most and probably the only important thing in any of these lifestyle journeys is MONEY! Need to ask that question that no one wants to talk about. For example I don’t have a house to sell to buy a 40 foot boat. Does that mean I lose out in a life of travel?

No, it doesn't. I 've done it twice - once on foot and once with a tiny, old sailing yacht -, it just requires adjusting your means of travel
