This is what I love about Thoma, he was given the opportunity to leave the Kamisato clan to not get involved in their affairs as Ayato had to fight for his right as the head clan while Ayaka had to grow up so fast and not be a child anymore, but Thoma knew that the siblings needed him and stuck with them, the three of them just make my heart happy because how much they care and love each other.🥺

I wouldn’t say it’s canon that he has a bad temper in general, but it’s definitely been said in multiple places that he does _Not_ take kindly to anyone insulting the Kamisatos directly and has been known to intimidate the shit out of people for doing so. So that definitely pisses him off. Otherwise he just seems super chill and has shown a ton of times that he isn’t bothered by being insulted/criticized himself. He has big guard dog energy pfft

I love these kinds of genshin comics that explore the emotional states that the character's go through. Even though in the game, everyone has restricted screen time, I am grateful for comics like these that decide to take time to explore more on the character's and their situations. waka-sama is usually a way to address the young lord of a clan or the way a servant addresses the nobleman he works for if i recall correctly. using simply "waka" is a little less formal and indicates a degree of closeness between the servant and the noble and thoma calls ayato that in the japanese dub! it makes sense with how both ayato and ayaka consider him a friend before a subordinate.
