Hi Erin, love your enthusiasm and appreciate all the attention to detail. Every year I am less and less interested in this sale though. Lots of polyester and not great quality and pieces I would purge from my closet as being frumpy or out of date. Also I am in Europe so in the years since leaving the US I have found it’s not worth the transatlantic shipping to shop at Nordstrom. I do remember shopping at this sale years ago, it used to be kind of fun ahead of the autumn season and a good way to pick up a bargain.

Ohhh I love Aveo Les Fillies! I bought a couple of items from them last year, surprisingly from HSN. I got a heavy duty long faux fur coat in both black and pink. They feel like wearing a big hug which is critical in snow country IMO, lol. Then I got a beautiful black asymmetrical zip up wool/polyester blend jacket which is just beautiful. Yes, I did find that to be true! I'm sure it might work different for everyone, but I've loved the results that I've seen from the NueBrow serum. Buy your own gold buttons I have a green jacket vintage lile the Smythe riding jacket it has pewter buttons as a warm blomde I am changing those to gold probably brushed its olive green it will be gorgeous for Fall. I try to buy my blazers vintage,and have some goreous one inclhding a navy one short cropped with bold braid and buttons the lapel is in Japanese I got erlier this year quite padded shouldrs. It looks a bit like the one Ralph Lauren had in his designer show about 2 to 3 years ago...really excited about wearing that one. I work hard to find vintage blazers.$400 to $1,000 is out of my price range but I love upscale quality THAT is available vintage for sure..
