Great video guys, I sympathise with CoCo being unsettled through the night, We recently had our first night with our dogs in the van, they were very unsettled, it was a long night. And the noise their claws make on the van floor! 🤦‍♂️ We have since brought a carpet runner.

Poor doggies they go through a fair bit 😢. especially with a change of scenery. Hopefully, your pup settles in when you go on your next venture. carpet runner is a great idea 👌

That looked a really nice campsite. I find short getaways are great for the mental health but are actually a hell of a lot of work😅 it’s not that simple to pack the van for a short trip and then come home and clean it all up again. I honestly thought it would be but the reality for me is it’s a bit stressful sometimes. Still love the van though- that hasn’t changed!

Yeah, it can be a bit annoying, although we do it so often it becomes like clockwork. this camp was a great little spot 👌

@@ladysusanjane2682that’s exactly what we’ve done - just throw in some clothes and food, fill the tanks and we’re gone. I keep a full set of toiletries, even some underwear, jackets etc “camping clothes” etc.. takes a lot of the stress out of it.

Greetings I think your idea of bush camping and mine are very different. I'm not sure toilets, bins, concrete tables, grass, made paths etc etc qualify as bush lol. There are some excellent spots to camp in the (Waanyarra) state forest that I would rate as bush camping. My prospecting in the area amounts to cleaning the forest one shot gun pellet at a time.

Im not sure about lure fishing in brown rivers i had best luck putting a bait on then cast it out or near the bank and let sit them lazy river fish will come to it put a bell on rod and run to it when it rings 😊plentiful off shrimp and yabbies in river 4 bait u just need a round heshon net on a metal ring to catch them , put in a chop or anything for bait they will come then u got live bait they live on

Hi guys having been to laanecoorie many times you are supposed to have your dog on a lead why did you think it was OK for you to have it off the lead just because there is not many people there doesn't mean you can do what you like you will spoil it for other campers that do the right thing did you pick up your dog poo I don't think so please be more responsible
