Hey Bear! I showed a few of the journal of the woodsman videos to our wilderness camp last night. 17 pre-teen kids fresh in from a week in the woods. They loved them and all wanted to find out the name of your channel so they could subscribe. You have a new following here in South west Nova Scotia! Great stuff!

Been following your coverage of the volcano. I would rather watch this stuff, because it's so relaxing. Great stuff BB! There was a commercial for verbo on this video. It was showing how great it is to be in the outdoors, comparing a trout caught from a stream to a microwaved burrito. I sat there and wondered why people aren't out there all the time, instead of waiting for that unforgettable vacation.

Loved everything...except the spider!!! I'm probably the only person obsessed with bushcraft and is deathly afraid of even the tiniest spider. You're awesome! Love your videos!
@searsfam09427 жыл бұрын
That's the funniest part...I'm not afraid of beetles, flies, bees, wasps, moths. Just something about spiders just makes me want to die! I'd rather see a snake than a spider. Preferably non-venomous. Haha

Great video man ! Hey , I was thinking about how sailing boat fenders used to be made and how sometimes people use the same technique to surround their glass jugs with , essentially netting knots to not only support them for carrying but also to cushion them from impact . That glass jug you have would be perfect for this , of course not as easy to clean the outside of the jug afterwards . Anyhow , thanks !

Another great video! When I'm at home and see a spider that size its dead but when in with the Oaks and a forest floor covered with leaves and a wolf spider every 10 inches it does not bother me to have one crawl across my leg or arm.

I think we are here in the presence of a forest fetishist. We feed by our voyeurism this forest fetishism. By the non-verbal, this fetishism is exacerbated. We are in the presence of an unconventional bushcraft more worn by adoration and touch than the raw action. Bushcraft Bear is a romantic-contemplative-pervert fiercely in love with the forest! :-) Good job!

That seems passive-aggressive at best, and alternatively rather a creepy comment.
