Bushcraft Father's Day 2019

What is a better way to spend Father's Day, than in the woods with your kids?
We visited a local spot which is very difficult to find, unless you know where it is.
After setting up camp, we got a fire on the go using a swedish torch from the supermarket, and cooked up some bacon, hotdogs, and smores.
After lunch, my kids burnt off some sugar while I relaxed, and took in some of the scenery.
The kids did a litter pick, and my daughter ensured that the fire was fully extinguished.
Then, we packed up and headed home.

Amazing fathers day. My wife works at a hotel and fathers day weekend is one of their slowest of the year. I guess fathers wanna get out of the city on their weekend as have you.
