Well, I don't want to take anything away from bushy here, but I'd like you to consider the hollow knight community. They've done absolutely ridiculous things with that game, up to and including speedruns where you cut all the grass, pvp matches in a singleplayer game and much, much more. If you're interested, I mostly watch skurry (Fireb0rn is the pvp guy). Excellent content all around. Skurry's currently not doing much hollow knight content anymore simply because they've basically done everything.
