You will constantly be struggling with old stock, stock that does not sell and yes, you will have to sell some stock at a loss. This is business.
Keep on top of your stock and you can keep in business.
You will need to organise a spreadsheet that shows your rate of sale of a product. From here, work out how long it takes to receive fresh stock, then you know your run rate, from that and the frequency you order, you can order the perfect amount of stock every time.
