Your technique is beautiful and thank you for the tips. But where I'm from an Americano is just espresso or (concentrated coffee) and water. A Latte is espresso and milk. As a barista for quite some time, I have never added sweetener unless the customer requests it. Sent with admiration & respect.

Hello, the best would be to serve immediately when prepared with milk. If you intend to keep for long, better to keep them plain without milk. Make the milk drinks as and when ready to serve. Hope all going well with your cold brew business. Great future on that. :-)

Not particularly. If you use canned milk they should have long shelf lives but they just need to be refrigerated once opened.

I wouldn't think they will last up to 2 weeks with milk. Without milk it could but must be refrigerated. With milk, shelf life is shorter. Hope these help.

As with anything, a longer shelf life would need preservatives or more production work and equipment. To achieve a shelf life of 3-6 months, you’ll have to consider heat pasteurization or high-pressure pasteurization. Both types of pasteurization would require machinery and may change the flavor of your coffee. It will also increase your overall costs but yes they will produce shelf-stable products. There are many available pasteurizer machine which you should be able to find in the market if this is the way you choose to go. Good luck!

Hello, it really depends on the size of the bottle. I try to avoid putting a lot of milk in the drink hence I use water instead of milk to fill a bottle. Similar to putting ice :-)

Hi Maam Chao..im using a big mason jar for my 2 Litter cold brew and putting the coffee grounds inside a cheesecloth teabag i made. My a bit of concern is if it is Ok NOT to put the mason jar in the fridge just in the room temparature for 16-24hrs, will it have an effect compared by putting it on a fridge during the brewing.
