I'm so sorry these folks have lost so much. For years the Rocky Broad River was their cash cow. That cow is now belly up. Their shops are still right along that river. If it betrayed them once, it can easily do it again. Whether one believes climate change is man made or not, there is no denying that a change is taking place. It comes down to whether these folks want to gamble on a return to a stable, recreational river.
