The problem is Kering group. Say what you want about Hedi but he made Saint Laurent relevant again and massively profitable, something Nicolas Ghesquiere also did with Balenciaga. Both these brands are owned by Kering, both were made massively profitable again, both designers that did all this work were disposed of like yesterday's trash...

I still don’t get the concept of constant growth for luxury brand ? How is it luxury if you are everywhere you go ? When brand was founded by YSL the whole idea was hight fashion to attract follows to the brand not the brand going to ppl across the glob ..so what is all about ? More money ?
