That has been the essential human experience for most people in the entirety of human existence. The fact we're replacing women with biological men, never mind replacing them and letting them into women's spaces when they still have the biological ability to have an erection... Which is how it should be. The made up invention of ‘gender’ and then gender stereotypes because of it has created the current situation. There should be no such thing as gender. You have your biological sex, so your body is either male or female, but everything else is just your personality. People should be able to be as masculine or feminine as they want regardless of what body they have. If people weren’t told from the moment they’re born that they have to be a certain way if they have a girl body or a certain way if they have a boy body there would be hardly anyone growing up feeling like they have the wrong body, or that they must be somewhere in between being both a girl and a boy. Without gender people would be free to be whoever they’re supposed to be without all the extra stuff and without feeling like they need to make drastic changes

I work with a non binary individual, and while i do not understand them or what lead them to feel that way, i have enough respect for this person to address them the way that they prefer. I am a consevative, but im not heartless. It takes less than a second of cognitive thought to address them correctly. They are in the top 10% out of the rest of my employees. If I want to meet my matrix's i need this person on my team. This is only anecdotal. Obviously, not all people who are non binary are going to have the same work ethic as my employee.

The speaker doesn't know the gender so they automatically use a pronoun. This speaker isn't enforcing anything here. He is just trying to refer to this person. English doesn't have a pronoun that doesn't refer to a person whose gender you don't know. Non-binary doesn't exist from a linguistic view. There are however, languages which do not have this barrier, like Persian and Japanese (if I'm not wrong about Japanese). We have it in English but mostly its used to refer to sth that isn't intellectual, except when you say "Who is it?". Another good example is how they refer to God as "he". We don't know the gender.
