Try Mike Peele newest uploads !!!!! I only found him 2 years ago... After trying EVERY other dance class I found Mikes....and never turned back. He is by far the BEST instructor on You Tube.. Just did his 30+ min. dance today and it was AMAZING 💗💗💗!!!!!!!! He has a few min fitness in almost every dance, sometimes upper body, core, belly, legs.its ALL u need!!!!! I lost 28 pounds during those 2 years with him and have now a six pack.. I dont know how, it just happened.The choeros are sooooooo fun you dont realize you are actually dooing a workout 😁!!! He "saved me mentally trough a VERY difficult time in my life!!!!
