What I love about Busta is that even when he is rapping at full tilt you can still understand what he is saying. I've noticed that a lot of rappers fall into one of two groups, those that aren't really rapping - they're just speaking faster than normal, and those who think that the more words they can fit into a single second the cooler they are and so they just sound like jibberish sped up. Busta is a fast rapper, a really fast rapper, but his clarity is crystal - you can show his shit to someone who isn't into rap and they can follow what he is saying even when he's rapping like a freight train. Always loved that about him. He's an eloquent motherfucker!

In a time when the rap game was getting comfortable and most were doing the same thing (stylewise, fashionwise and creativly) Busta rhymes was right there to REALLY freshen it up. And he wasn't afraid to act a bit of a fool and clown around when everyone else around him was taking themselves way to seroius. I respect him for that and he sure made sure everything remaind raw at the same time while doing his thing. Also of course he went mainstream all the way but who cares - he will remain an icon of realness. Mad Props!

TruthLoverofgod it's the theme from Hitchcock's original Psycho​, when the girl is driving away with the money she stole. Definitely a classic. I think people think of rap stars as really one track type of guys who only listen to other rap but that is so not true. How else would he have found this beat if he didn't like old classic movies. I mean one of Tupac's favorite artists that helped him find his voice was Don McClean the "American Pie" folk singer. And Dr. Dre loves Nirvana and German techno. I love finding out that these guys I grew up listening to and watching are so complex.
