The chariot race scene is my favourite scene in the entire movie. The dogsled is hilarious, and when he ties the cat to a spear I die of laughter!

Hilarious from the music to the opening gag and throughout. The chariot scene makes it a masterpiece the equivalent to the great Charlie Chaplin.

apparently the initial plan was that if The Three Ages failed - they could just take the three segments and convert them into two reelers to recoup their loses
