The most common one I grew up with was that reptiles only grow to the size of their enclosures. When we were building a large enclosure for one of my iguanas, my mom actually got mad at us. She was like "Why would you want it to get so big?"🙄

Brian my husband bought me a new pair of rose gold Raycons. I was Vibeing to great tunes when one of my buds jumped out of my ear , right into my paint tray of all places. I grabbed it out of the paint tray and shook it out ,and quickly cleaning it. Whew saved it lol. Went to continue painting and realized when I shook the ear bud , I got opposite Color all splattered down my freshly painted wall.

Tips I've learned to avoid snake encounters while fishing or berry picking in the south; Stomp your feet as you come into the area. Best way to get a clear spot to fish at the spillway is throw a rock into the water and swear you see a snake. You will have plenty of room and most of the time I do see one it's a water snake. Another tip for seeing snakes on water. THE VENOMOUS HAVE FAT AND FLOAT. If you see a snake underwater it may be a constrictor, the fat ones dont wrestle their meal so they are natural floaties.

This is a fun video. Most if not all of these myths are pretty stupid. The ninja Turtle one has got to be the best. Though the Whipsnake one is equally silly. People should stick to carving pumpkins and bits of wood rather than Tortoise shells. There are too many here to go through but they're 99.9%stupid. At least some of the Scheltopusiks (legless Lizards) do have a very small pimple near the the vent so I was told by one keeper that are supposedly remnants of hind legs.

*8:57* False, Snakes are phylogeneticly lizards! Monitors and iguanas are more closely related to snakes then they are to geckos and skinks. Lizards are paraphyletic if we exclude snakes as lizards. Birds are reptiles too, cause crocodiles and birds are more closely related to each other than crocodiles are to other reptiles. If you dismiss birds as reptiles, you will automatically dismiss crocodiles and dinosaurs as reptiles.
