Yeah, Bleach intros are usually ok to watch out of the box, They're more like high production music videos than plot synopsis and Nel is the only obvious spoiler I can think of and there isn't a lot of attention drawn to it and it's revealed quickly after, I love that the OPs almost actively go against the plot sometimes like the second opening showing fight scenes that never take place, like Uryu vs Hitsugaya and Chad vs Soi Fon, more like a cool few seconds of a what if, most things that are actually plot related are quick and cryptic.

Yeah, her original/true form is the adult version. She regressed to a child version because her mask wound led her powers to constantly escape through the crack. It's not really known whether this is possible for other hollows, as she is a very strange Arrancar (eg. notice that her adult form doesn't have a hollow hole) and it might just be a unique thing for her.

He was an 8 and she was a 3 a long time ago. The power scaling is different because the Espada numbers are stronger than before. An old 3 can be on the level of a modern 4. We don’t know. It’s actually explained in one of these 2 episodes.
