Busy Day Landscaping in the Kingdom May 23 2024

i was too stiff and sore from the big day yesterday being an old guy. i thought i would ride my mini Hoe Kubota U-17 to tidy up the Kingdom a little bit. well, we got carried away with lots of debris removed from the bush line plus dug out an area to hide the rocks too. the staff had a good day with her gardening totes and cleaning her yard in WHO-ville too. Sir Rodney found me a transmission which we need here in the Kingdom. it was a good day all around. thansk

Mr. King, did you see that big old full Moon? I was out mowing grass and when the Moon first appeared on the horizon it was so big and full it was unreal. I kept mowing and befor l knew it that full Moon was so bright I was able to see where to mow until 9:45 last night. They call this full Moon a Flower Moon, but I'm calling it a Mowing Moon. Maybe I'm just Moon Struck. Oh Freeking Kay. Having fun w/ equipment. Hi to sir Rodney! Congratulations to Zena for completing her time at the school. Good for the staff to get out of the school no fun being sick all the time. Also the staff may be more available to assist you when requiered. To bad you couldent find a maeket for those rocks you would make a killing lol

yes the staff was smart to quit and worry about her health, money is not everything these days. the freight to the south would kill any market or profit. we can make good use of the rocks here in the Kingdom thansk

Rodney, was there a weather event that got a lot of trucks stuck and tearing up the drive shafts? How hard was it finding 60 yr old transmissions?. Xena, that school would have worked you into the hospital.Reminds of when I was a yard driver in a 24/7 pre-stressed concrete plant. Day guy worked 8. I worked 16. I had mononucleosis by Labor day. Kingdom is looking good and the cats started without drama😎

i think it is the muddy conditions around winnipeg because it has not stopped rain there. plus the new drivers of the new world that just hold the steering wheel until the drive shaft falls off. it only took a year to find the one we want and at a good price. everyone thinks old parts are made of gold. thansk

yes the Hoe shack extension will be closed in and insulated for winter. it was t be a late summer project but i almost threw my back out on the container doors so that was when it was decided to do the extension the next day before i hurt myself. thansk
