White bread, Italian bread, bread and bagels covered with sesame seeds, whole wheat, sandwich bread, dark bread, gluten-free bread, and hamburger buns are made at this Turkish bakery: "Tarihi Francala Ekmek Fırını" in Balat, Istanbul, Turkey.
You can easily go to this bakery business in Istanbul if you are in the city's center. Here is the bakery's address Balat Mahellesi, Vodina Caddesi, No:174, Balat, Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey
The bakery sells cookies and dessert in addition to the kinds of bread which I mentioned above, and it is open seven days a week and twenty-two hours a day: 22/7.
It is a large bakery that sells about 5.000 loaves of bread every single day because it has modern bread bakery equipment such as bread bakery ovens and other tools.
There are many types of bread that this bakery easily makes, and I have not seen any dark German bread made in that bakery, which is probably one of my favorite type of bread as it is filling, delicious, and healthy. I am sure that this bakery can make any kind of bread you ate before. I think dark German bread is even more delicious than Italian ciabatta and French baguette. However, I am not sure if it is a match for sourdough. What do you think?

5000 хлебов это очень мало. Как существует это пекарня при таком малом выпуске непонятно. Если в день 5000 это примерно сколько прибыли? Это массовое производство ? При каком количестве производство перещагивает на уровень массового(промышленного)?
