Thank you again. Oh, you both have a beautiful mind and look, of course. To answer Hawi's request. It's been more than 5 years since my previous relationship failed, which was my first. Now, I am in a situation Hawi described for herself. The more I spent time by myself, the more I had to develop and prepare more to be the best partner for that special woman! The negative side of being single for long is becoming frustrated about what you see and hear around. I don't want to write in public, but you guys are so good you make me write to share my honest feelings.

This was a great conversation. Thank you, ladies! I've been happily married for the past 19 years and not missing the dating world one bit!😊 As a mother of teenage daughters, I started having the conversation about sex with them as soon as they embarked on their journey to puberty. I also managed to find an age appropriate book for them to go find the answers for the questions they didn't want to ask me directly. 😉

The book is entitled "The period book " by Karen Gravelle and Jennifer Gravelle it has illustrations as well. This book is for girls, but I'm sure there is something similar for boys too. Good luck!

Thank you so much guys for talking about this topic. Me and Hawi are in the same phase as I am also waiting for God to bring my forever home because i don't think the dating life is working for me and it's so good to know there are people like me out there. The ሳንቲም and nail parts are so true. I laughed so hard. I am a huge fun and this is the only podcast i listen to. Keep us the good work.

Listening to a podcast hosted by two brilliant women is like diving into a conversation filled with wisdom, laughter, and authenticity. The way you're voices weave together, sharing insights, stories, and perspectives, is both mesmerizing and empowering. It’s a testament to the magic that happens when two passionate, intelligent women come together to create something meaningful and beautiful. You guy's are amazing ❤

As a mother of a 6 yr old I started talking to her abt private touching when she was 3 yrs old even tho she didn’t have understanding of it both me & her dad did & we are grateful so talking to them at 9-10 is very late in my opinion. Abt dating online let’s talk abt the women that go missing/murdered you discuss it too at least here in the US it happens often it feels like monisters are out to get somebody’s child. Keep up the good work ladies

Yo, imagine having this conversation in Amharic... Perhaps that's where we should begin, Amharic words; words that make us and the younger generation not cringe. I think that's what kept our parents negligent aside from the culture.
@theotherguy6282Күн бұрын
your not really talking about the problem if youre saying it in English, maybe an episode re-titled "የቡና ወሬ" where everything is in amharic??
@duh_weetКүн бұрын
@@theotherguy6282 Naaa...The fact that we're comfortable hearing this podcast and understanding it without feeling somewhat cringe is coz it's in English. The topics regarding sex, dating, birth controls are not suitable to talk in Amharic. The words just don't land well.

Yeah sure. Distant relationship hella sucks, especially with most GenZ girls. However, I would reconsider such relationships if it were to involve much intellectual and deep learning exchanges. I love learning and exploring myself, associates and the world through insightful conversations with a person distantly. I think such distant interactions could possibly keep up the flames a little longer without boredom.

I believe you have the ability to help the youth, but you got to call out the real problems in Ethiopia(not only in Addis Ababa) and address them to the world and create awareness to the youth living in Ethiopia now. How a country with 3000 years of wisdom don’t even have food security How the Ethiopian culture is also the cancer in the Ethiopian society. Help the youth understand that immigrating to a 45% tax rate country is not a solution, self awareness is. Speaking fluent (American) English, doesn’t mean you’re well aware of societal disorder (I genuinely can’t see what this podcast can do for the 80% Ethiopians who don’t even have lights and clean water). Most of the things you talked about the international community in your previous videos or this one(about feminism, dating, men, women, money…) are misguided and based on limited information. But I’m sure you know enough about Ethiopia and Ethiopia’s recent socioeconomic crisis. Say sth about that. Even as a joke or not. Give the youth a sense of urgency. Help them see that Ethiopia is one of the poorest countries in the world even tho we were never fully colonized and we are the birth place of coffee(which is a $223billion/year merchandise). Kindest regard :)

With all due respect sir, are you sure this comment belongs under this video? This is an entertainment and educational podcast, not the official platform for the House of People's Representatives, the House of Federation, or Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation. All the figures and percentages make it sound more like a campaign speech! 😂 Shutting down conversations like this, which could avert potential violence, only adds to the problem. Yet, when something terrible happens to women, people like you are the first to become flag bearers of "Justice for ___" after the harm is already done.

7 minutes in, you mention long-distance, holup, i gotta let this disagreement out: if your relationship can not handle a longdistance on its back then it was a ሸምበቆ to begin with. the physical presence of a person is important, but if thats the only thing thats holding the relationship together then ... longdistance only accelerates failure (if it was there to begin with), it doesnt create it. either you see the best of eachother or the worst absolute love can transcend through timezones and borders and oceans, UNDILUTED. it has gotta be with the person you absolutely trust tho,
