This is one of my favourite videos i've ever made, which is funny because i went into it with barely any script or idea where I was going with it. Happiness is a topic we are always pondering, and I think I was able to take it form a different point of view. Hope you enjoy!

I think the biggest factor to be happy is self-knowledge. The two books below are the best sources for self-knowledge, and I personally got favorable results. 1. The six pillars of self esteem (Nathaniel Branden) 2. I'm OK - You're OK (Thomas Anthony Harris)
