We alwas try to give our animals a good and relaxed life the always get high quality food and fresh water and thes can grow in healthy i surrounding. They are not free ranged but we give them so much space to life as possible.
We think if you keep yur animal like that the produce a verry good and healthy quality of meat.
We don`t like to killin animals bit it is part of live and farmlife.
And it gives you a better feelinge if you know where the food comes from thas on your plate.
There is always something to do on a Farm.

Hi, enjoy your channel, just ran across you today. The Biodigester is what caught my eye, great content. I do have a question about this pig butchering episode. Why do you wrap the vacuum sealed packages with freezer paper? Thank you.

The answer is simpel when we use just the vacum bags we get always freezer burn at the meat and withe freezer paper we dont have this problem. It is a litte more expensive but it works grate since we do it that way.
