Butchery's An Art, This Years Jersey Beef Looks Amazing! Marbled To Perfection.

Butchery is and art and I love watching butchers do there job cutting different cuts of meat, so toady I've headed into Macs meats to see the team break down the heifers we got killed a week ago.
This is some of the best meat I think we have grown to date, It's marbled up beautiful and going to be pretty tasty on the BBQ!

Great to see the butchers at work and great to see the countryside as you were driving. Don’t be fooled that the plastic bags can be compostable….they don’t break down into nutritious compost, they break down into microplastic and are just as polluting. Great vid.

I wish butchers would leave more fat on the meat. Someone once told me that fat adds flavour and I find that true. Alot of meat I get today that has been trimmed way to far is often tough, tasteless and hard to chew once cooked.

If you're ever interested in how the US butchers goes, you should look up bearded butchers. SUPER informative and do amazing butchery videos for our style of cuts like the thors hammer and the tri-tip. love watching butchery videos it really is an art!
