This explains everything if you follow in order...Please share on FB as to expose this corruption. A Federal Lawsuit has been filed. The below link is a certified copy of the videotape provided by a judge’s permission that is CURRENTLY in evidence. The problem is the above videotape is NOT the videotape played in criminal trial. The videotape in evidence currently has been EDITED/MANIPULATED. The videotape played in trial contained several minutes of snow/static to fill the void you see when the video cuts out at 03:00:06 then immediately resuming at 03:06:17. The videotape played in criminal trial also showed Deputy Brockman pulling away from the scene at the end of the stop. Audio and written trial transcripts support this fact, at least one juror from criminal trial Jody Barr interviewed for his story and several others who attended trial. This was not discovered until Jody Barr brought this to the attention of myself and my attorney after he copied the videotape from evidence. Jody Barr also received a judge’s permission to copy the videotape in evidence which he used in his story prior to his departure to KXAN in Austin, Texas to. Deputy Hatfield has destroyed evidence in the past (Freedom of Information Act). Former Deputy Brockman stored the videotape in his basement until it was discovered during mid-trial. He testified the audio did not work nor did he turn off the dash cam that night. Specifically, he testified before a jury that he did not know until sometime after that night the audio wasn't working and it must have happened during the transfer of the system to his assigned patrol car. Clearly you can her the audio working as Deputy Brockman is setting the dash cam for his shift that night and again after the manipulated areas of the night in question. Deputy Brockman has now testified in deposition that he in fact turned off the dash cam. In civil deposition, Deputy Brockman acknowledged that the additional videotapes stored in his basement have been destroyed rather than being logged into evidence. I wonder whose due process that could have affected? Mike Gmoser and the Butler County Sheriff's Office continue to cover-up this incident despite a specific request from my criminal attorney to address the absence of the several minutes of snow/static and deputy leaving the scene. These are our elected officials that condone this type of criminal behavior and interference of due process, then allow these individuals to remain employed and compensated for their CRIMINAL acts? www.cleveland19.com/story/37025118/after-no-confidence-vote-butler-co-prosecutor-restricts-sheriffs-office-access-to-his-office Seems pretty easy to me as to how that videotape was accessed after trial by the article above… urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__youtu.be_ihf5reubOzI&d=DwICAg&c=eVunvma8zl9l67TuxnHARlplyQ9WuRmL-niZRa5x0gA&r=hqINDfd6Z4HRJtaEeGx2rPv5hJwvmA_LJ8nDeRYloyk&m=h6AvNeDY1pyL0curf7tIyfgcXcr2barIXi8TUlokmqY&s=CAbQNym7UcDfgncaxvcGz8FUUpIaKLDCtMf3OxzZiFI&e= kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWqpYYh3o75ppaM kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIGue2R7dtSmedU kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZKoopyofamIiLM kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5iUgJuvqMd_a7c kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKuuopt5hLuEias www.fox19.com/story/37196420/exclusive-butler-county-corporal-under-investigation-chose-to-retire-early

If the prosecutor knew this officer was a baby boy. Why was the officer prosecuted earlier. Does this dereliction of duty by the prosecutor make him aiding in the officer's misconduct. Do the victims if their are any. Have a right to file a ethics complaint with the state bar against the prosecutor. Does this make the prosecutor a coconspirator with naughty boy's behavior. Should the prosecutor be sued for his crimes. The officer could claim. The prosecutor was supposed to prosecute me if I committed misconduct. I never committed misconduct. I was never prosecuted. Something to think about.

The 6 minute mystery--where did more than 6 minutes of a Butler County Sheriff's Office dash cam video go? A juror told FOX19 NOW Investigative Reporter Jody Barr that 6 minute span was there at trial, but it's now missing on the tape marked as State's Exhibit #8. Butler County Sheriff and Butler County Prosecutor are covering up the manipulation of the videotape stored in Deputy Brockman's basement until the second day of trial. The videotape played in criminal trial IS NOT the videotape that is currently in evidence. Someone or several individuals have committed FELONIES and Mike Gmoser or Richard Jones refuse to investigate and prove to the public this did not happen. THEY CAN'T! I have everything in my possession to PROVE this happened. Perhaps it is because the Bailiff in criminal trial (Ed Martin) now works for Mike Gmoser. Ed Martin had retired from the Butler County Sheriff's Office prior to becoming a bailiff. Technically, the bailiff is responsible for evidence at the conclusion of trial. This is what happens when you do not secure evidence for a 24 hour period. Perhaps the County in its' collective form is TERRIFIED of the public reaction-How could this happen? IT DID. David Kash was the assistant prosecutor who prosecuted the criminal case and knows exactly what tape was presented in criminal trial and again, it is not the tape in evidence currently. Why am I throwing names out, you ask? These are elected officials who have taken the oath to protect and serve. Rather than taking responsibility for the criminal acts, elected officials have chosen the path of cover-up. Would you like to know what happened with the additional videotapes and evidence stored in Deputy Brockman's basement? They have been destroyed. This is all fact and documented-can be proven anytime...just takes a county official willing to expose the criminality and wrongdoing, rather than continuing the cover-up.

Cops should receive double the sentence when guilty of a crime since they're given the right to enforce the law. They should know better than anyone so it only makes sense that they receive harsher punishments for breaking the law than everyone else. It's only fair and common sense in my opinion. This would put an abrupt end to all of the corruption that takes place.

Perhaps if you read the reporting, read the trial transcripts and watched all the videos, you would have known how this tape became known to the defense/prosecution after a conversation was overheard in the hallway outside of the courtroom by one of the deputies involved and the prosecutor (a story supported by the trail transcripts) talking about having this video tape and whether the prosecutor would want it. The story goes the defense was made aware of the existence of the tape the day of trial and the prosecutor ordered it brought into court. The question here is: why was this tape stored in a deputy's basement and not turned in as evidence? You do know there was a disciplinary action taken over this concerning Deputy Mike Brockman, the deputy who stored that video at his house? It would really help you if you were to do some research on the background on this case--the reporting I did on it covered this intimately--so you could make educated statements instead of throwing out one-sided allegations. This should help you a little with that: www.fox19.com/story/34042398/lawsuits-embroil-butler-county-rogue-deputy
