I partly blame the War on Poverty by LBJ's Great Society. Socialism at its finest. Kick the Black Man out of his house and his children end up fatherless. The children must have the influence of a good man in order to grow up right. If hard times come and Mama gets on welfare, gov't rules are that Daddy can't live with her and the kids. Demoralizing! Abortion and No-fault Divorce also were critical in destroying the Black community. All these things intimidated them into giving up their greatest treasure: good character. Before the Sixties. Most Black households had a father and mother living together with the father working outside the home. After the Sixties were over, this took a turn for the worse as the quality of public education declined among all the other factors.

@Ryan Carlen Why do you feel the need to lie and insert a false narrative? It was not a domestic violence call. When the girlfriend called the police she explicitly stated he did not hit her or use violence. It was a domestic dispute call and the two issues are not anywhere close to the same in terms of Fourth Amendment protections. The courts have stated repeatedly that a report of a domestic dispute does not demonstrate exigent circumstances. The officers did in fact need a warrant for entry given that there were no exigent circumstances indicating a person at the residence had been harmed or was under imminent threat of bodily harm. Officers are not legally allowed to bust down your door and drag you away because you had a loud argument with your spouse. Your claim that the officers would be "at fault" is also false. Law enforcement officers are not "at fault" if they do not investigate and cannot be held liable in such a claim. Lastly, the officers spent a lot of time surreptitiously attempting to gain entry without ever knocking on the door or attempting to contact the resident. If the officers were interested in gaining access to the only occupant to conduct an arrest, they had all the time in the world to call for a warrant.
@shimmyshimmyko-ko-bop5945 жыл бұрын
@ROOTSCONTRA You should go look up the definition yourself because there were no exigent circumstances leading up to the officers illegally breaking and entering the residence. It was not a domestic violence call. When the girlfriend called the police she explicitly stated he did not hit her or use violence. @Ryan Carlen Can you not read your own post? You state, "It is, because of a domestic violence investigation." @ROOTSCONTRA You are certainly welcome to your ignorant, misinformed, and irrational opinion. Go read the background of the encounter. Officers knew exactly where the women was and that she was safe. She wasn't in the house. She had already spoken with the officers in person outside before the officers attempted to pick the lock. Furthermore, they knew that she hadn't been the victim of violence or abuse. She even told them that the guy was alone in the house. What part of this is difficult for you to comprehend? Yes, things can escalate quickly when officers choose to break the law. I suppose if you are a color-blind moron then everything appears to be in a "gray zone" of sorts. Younger generation must be taught and instructed in the specialized writs that allow citizens to kill police in self defense. These extrodinary protocols were formulated by Federal Justice Learned Hand during the Truman administration. We,as part of Civil Defense, were shown classified films of 1940 French Police murdering French citizens to help the Nazis. Dutch films as well . The scariest were Hawaiian islands under martial law post Dec.7,1941. We were a 'continuation of government ' cell post nuke bombings. There is no sunset on these laws meaning they are valid today. President Carter insured these special 'writs of mandamus' would be independent of FEMA etc. The trouble is we are aging out. The problem is that being a cop is a shitty job with shitty pay, so the standards have to be low just to keep bodies on the street. Cops where I live have a starting pay of around 9 or 10$ an hour. Compare that with jobs where you can easily be payed more and NOT get shot at. Now exactly what kinda people do you think are gonna be applying for a job as a cop?
@gwhitty125 жыл бұрын
This is kinda of a silly thing, low IQ has nothing to do with how people act. So saying a Downs syndrome person is more likely to be jerks like these cops are.
