@@theteob689you correct as far as that being one of the stories the sheriff told. My issue is why it took so long to respond. There were local Swat in the building and LEO in the area. It should’ve been broadcasted over the radio, there should’ve officers coming from every direction, and there should’ve been immediate communication to the secret service. I heard a news report about someone being on the phone with an agent at the time of the shooting. Also that the snipers had him in sight. Why at that moment was trump still on stage? I could understand initially but there was a moment after getting all these reports he should’ve been evacuated. That’s why I’m confused why people think this was a hit and can’t see it was just a combination of small town cops/sheriffs not experienced with this type of situation, and SS agents not being 100% on their game. The shooter got really lucky and unknown to him was able to get as far as he did because of everyone dropping the ball. He got a hit on trump, but his shots were to the right of trumps head, they would’ve been more to center if he was a pro. Trump got lucky because the bullet closest to being on target was going towards the outer part of his right eye and that last turn of the head placed it glancing his ear. Ironically both Trump and the shooter got lucky that day.

The Secret Service always sends an advance team per the request of the Supervisory Agent of the Detail. The advance team reports to the Supervisory Agent to inform him of all vulnerabilities who then approves the Security plan that is supposed to be coordinated with the local police. When an immediate threat is detected the SS is supposed to evacuate the protectee IMMEDIATELY not have him exposed for 9 seconds before moving him. There was a f up but it wasn’t Sleepy Joe this time. Trumps agents appear to have become complacent.

The DA is technically right, regardless of what some local PD could or should have prevented. SS is supposed to secure 1/2 mile out from their responsibility, anything outside of that falls to local PD, but still under the purview of SS or whatever federal agency is present( Homeland security, FBI etc.). The fact that the rooftop wasn't secured is extreme negligence, almost impossible to comprehend and should have been one of the 1st areas to be lockdown. Mayorkas and Cheaytle should have been axed by now, but there is zero accountability in this admin. Nobody even knows who's running it

OK, so here is the thing. Butler County is to blame as well...don't care what the DA or Butler County PD says. This officer climbed the roof, and backed down. The Sheriff says " to be safe and protect himself", not exact wording, but that is what is being said. To protect and to serve, not at the preservation of yourself, but at the protection of others. That is the job. This deputy failed that job. If you are going to be an officer, you are willing to put yourself in danger for the protection of others....this officer did not.

That's why in the military and law enforcement we draw up operational plans with responsibilities, equipment, rules of engagement, etc. Then person in charge briefs it, allows for questions, and requests brief-back, where each party says what they're responsible for, so there's no confusion or room for misunderstanding. DA has no business being angry, unless he was there. The rest will come out in investigation, but this failure most likely came from more than one person and more than one agency.

Only 1 SS agent from Trump's regular SS detail was there that day. They were replaced with people from the DHS. They weren't all SS agents. Extra SS agents were sent to Jill for her event. People who have been to numerous rallies say the security was noticeably different and way too lax compared to all other events. There are definitely some shenanigans going on here. It's either incompetence or intentional, and after watching the events unfold after (conflicting reports, narratives), I'm leaning towards intentional. How is it that his picture was posted and shared hours before any info was shared? They instantly called it a lone wolf before any investigation had been done, and his phone hadn't been opened? Then yesterday, they started pushing the bullied kid narrative, which I've never seen the media try to get sympathy for a shooter like this before.
