We left It TOO LATE but Did It Turn Out OK?

We didn't plan today's food as we had broadband issues and I left the filming till the last minute. We decided to go with roast lamb chops, roast swede and green veg for Sharon and I opted for roast lamb chops, Heck pork sausages, eggs and mushrooms. Lets see how it all turned out.

Glad your on the memd mate. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year but since then have lost 5 stone in weight from 20 stone down to just under 15 feel so much better and my diabetes is in remission 😊

I did a leg of lamb in the slow cooker yesterday, smothered in mustard - delicious. In the other slow cooker I filled it with veg. Bisto lamb gravy granules and a couple of Knorr lamb stock pots. There’s plenty left for tonight so I’m happy. Chicken tomorrow with different veg so I’m looking forward to that. I get cravings every so often so veg galore here! Hope Frank feels better soon ❤

Lamb chops in the airfryer are fab. Did you ever think of leaving the mushrooms whole and out them under the crisper tray when cooking sausage’s or rashers….they book in the fat and are yummy. Another great vlog.

My butcher to my absolute joy has started selling lamb scrag end of neck. So cheap. Makes a beautiful stew/casserole. Martin, next time have a spanish omelette, so easy. Cook sausages, beat eggs, pour into fry pan then add sausages. Done and dusted. Done in blink of an eye. ❤❤❤😂😂😂

I do tend to make recipes up as well though & think you can put what you like in omelettes. I've put chorizo in them in the past & that's yummy, but if you buy it from the supermarkets it's got all sorts in it.
