Ingredients
For the chicken
500 gms Chicken breast boneless
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 tbsp Yogurt
Salt to taste
Butter or Oil to pan fry
Marinate for 30 mins
For the gravy
500 gms roughly Chopped tomatoes
150 gms roughly cut onions
1 tbsp garlic paste
3 to 4 Green Chilies
50 gms cashew
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
5 tbsp butter
4 tbsp cream
Salt to taste
