BUTTER COOKIES WITHOUT OVEN
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Stovetop- Cook on med heat for 30-35 minutes
Oven option - Cook at 350 degree F for 15 minutes
Note: Refrigerate or better freeze the cookies before baking for atleast 30 minutes especially if you are in warm place, to prevent the cookies from melting while baking.

I think that brand has salted and unsalted, but I do not know if one can substitute margarine for butter in this case (butter cookies), but you should find a video on YT giving substitutes for butter in making butter cookies, I think. All the best

The result might be different po, pero ok lang yun gamitin, msarap pa rin kahit margarine. Just make sure na freeze nyo po muna saglit yung cookie dough bago nyo po i bake para maging intact yung cookies at hindi magflat.

The salt can be re-use for the same purpose. Yes, it will stay the same, but it will slightly change in color.
