Recipe:
water - 50ml
yeast - 9g
sugar - 30g
ryazhenka - 50ml
eggs - 1 whole and yolk
butter sl - 10gr
flour - 260 approximately
1 lemon
meringue:
egg white - 1
sugar - 6h.l.
salt - a pinch
lemon juice.
