Hi, after icing my cake I put it in the refrigerator because I saw videos which said it's easier to get smooth sides when you scrape it with a hot metal scraper for the final step but when I do that I started noticing that my cake is becoming watery soon after I get it out of the refrigerator condensation is happening How do I stop it? What am I doing wrong pls let me know
