Cauliflower 'rice' is an alternative for anyone who, for whatever reason, wants something a little different to traditional rice. Cauliflower contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9, as well as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin K. It serves as a good source of protein, phosphorus and potassium. All of which add up to a good reason to try it, plus it tastes pretty delicious too! It has a kick in all the right places without being too overpowering. It's the perfect hot dish for a cold winter's night.
