Condensed Milk - 395g
Fresh Milk - 300ml
Water - 150ml
Sugar - 100g (1/2 Cup)
Butter - 60g
Cardamom - 3
Salt - 1/8 Tsp
Eggs - 4 Large
Vanilla - 2 Tsp
6x6 Inch Baking Tray

No you don’t have to cover it before steam But if water drops are falling into your pudding from the lid while steaming you have to cover it In my lid it drips from the sides so its not a issue 👍👍👍

If you don't cover the pudding mold while steaming, won't steam water fall into it? Butterscotch essence should be added to the pudding mixture, not vanilla essence

Hi covering the mold will ruin the top texture of the pudding , the lid im covering with is concave so the water drips from the sides and wont fall into the pudding 👍👍👍 Yes you can add butterscotch essence but i have added vanilla as it is easily available for everyone 👍👍👍

Yes that part melting sugar with butter is called the butterscotch and by mixing it with the other ingredients it becomes the butterscotch pudding 👍👍

हाय आपने बहुत अच्छा बनाए लेकिन यह रेसिपी समझ नहीं आई क्योंकि आप ने पहले कंडेंस्ड मिल्क वाटर और दूध मिलाया और बाद में अपने शुगर बटर औरदूध मिलाया लेकिन आपने एक ही बेटर मिलते हुएबताया हमारे कुछ समझ में नहीं आया आप काम से कम हिंदी में नाम दीजिए या तो या तो हिंदी में बताया कीजिए बात कर के क्योंकि इंग्लिश तो सबको नहीं आती है क्योंकि इंग्लिश मुझे भी नहीं आती है तो आप प्लीज हिंदी में भी जवाब दीजिए और हिंदी में ही बताया कीजिए आप कहां से हो हम इंडिया महाराष्ट्र से देख रहे हैं थैंक यू जवाब के इंतजार में है
