I’ve already tried this, so easy and taste really good! But I have some question. I have a tiny oven that need to separate batter in to two time for oven them. That first one is real good look puffy , but the second one is not puffy as much as the first one. Do you have any suggestions please ? (My first look like scone but the second look like a big cookie) thank you in advance 😊

Yes, you need to cook them as soon as you combine the wet and dry ingredients. If you have to separate into 2 batches I'd suggest dividing the recipe in half :) GOOD LUCK!!

Because it is! Freshly-baked scones should be crispy at the top and bottom edges. This crunch goes away the longer the scones sit out. Enjoy!
