Well Natasha you did it again, brought back wonderful memories of baking in the early mornings so we could enjoy wonderful yummy breakfast foods like these great blueberry scones. My recipe calls for shredded butter, I like your way, so much easier. Can't wait to get your book, per ordered it months ago because I knew it would be a hit and I want to be sure to have it on my shelf with the other treasured cookbooks. Thanks for all the great videos, love seeing the kids and seeing your husband in front of the camera when you did the Q & A.

We made the lemon blueberry scones for the first time. They turned out pretty well but had them a little too close together on the bake sheet and they ran together. My glaze was a little too thin but that's an easy fix. We will be making them again. They're super easy to make and oh so yummy. The lemon complements well with the blueberries. Thank you for the 5-star video demo.

Hi Natasha I’ve been making scones for 20 plus years. Over that time I’ve done a lot of experimenting. Finally about 4 years ago I decided on a basic scone recipe which it turns out is exactly the same as your you presented here. I’ve share my scones with family and friends and they get so excited because they are so good. I make mine two ways one is in triangles and the other is drop scones using an ice cream scoop. I have found that there isn’t much difference in using milk instead of cream. Thanks for your videos. I’m going to try your almond croissants using Costco’s croissants.

So delicious from view! These scones show that you are an amazing baker 🙌😂. I can find lots of good ones in Starbucks. I bet that you made them as good as those. You definitely at least put baking powder. It's good that you didn't put too much baking powder, or else they would rise too much. Lemon glaze is a great combination because they taste even better with it. But I still really love the glaze on top. You are fastidious when making them. It even makes me sense the taste of them. Good job, as always. P.S. stay tuned for a friend to say hi to.

It's best to use just the amount of liquid required to mix it into the desired consistency. I add my liquid carefully and just until it's enough to bring it together and pat it out without stickiness. Sometimes flour wants more liquid, sometimes less.

I cannot WAIT to receive your cookbook. I have been sharing your recipes with friend for years, so they will all be receiving a copy of your cookbook as a gift I KNOW they will love. I have a simple question. I have printed out your Strawberry Scone recipe a LONG time ago, but not taken the time to make it yet - this is giving me the extra PUSH to do so right away. However, one of the recipes shows 15 - 17 minutes baking time, and the other 20 - 23, both in a 400 degree oven. I will be making these in the next couple of days - what do you truly recommend? Thanks again for ALL of your great recipes - you are SO appreciated, young lady!

Hello! Thank you for another great recipe. Can we use FROZEN blueberries? I plan on making them today and baking them in the morning, so they'll be in the 'fridge for around 12-20 hours. Will all that time destroy the baking powder's ability to work? And I assume the berries will have defrosted by then, but normally do we add minutes to the bake time when adding frozen fruit? Dziekuje!
