BUTTERY Soft Buns || BUTTER SOFT DINNER ROLLS
Ingredients :
👉for dough
118 ml warmed milk
5 gms. sugar
3 gms active dry yeast
60 ml melted butter
1 egg
230 gms. All Purpose Flour
25 gms sugar
2.5 - 3 gms. salt
👉for eggwash
2 tbsp milk
1 egg
Try these fluffy, soft rolls made with butter and love.
These buns are super soft, made with butter and bake perfectly. You can serve them with any spreading of your choice or with stew.
One of my favorite Buttery Dinner Rolls recipe that is so easy to make just by hand absolutely heavenly served warm out of the oven.
This recipe yields the most perfectly soft, fluffy, buttery rolls and I love it because the ingredients list is simple, the rise times are minimal, and the dough can be easily made just by hand and everything can come together quickly in just an hour or so!
