Classic CrossFit, Thank you Sir for mentioning it💪in the midst of competitions everywhere. Many people, box's and community's no longer practice Classic CrossFit, traditional CrossFit. How it all started and why, i.e. To help n improve every and any bodies life. Not forcing people to solely train for competitive reasons but to train for life. (For example, too many local community boxes that have their regular member's and classes on competition training every wod...) That ain't CrossFit, good to know still some high class coaches out there. 🤟
